My international travel began in the late 1970s when I took a group of students to England and Paris on a Theater Tour. After years of family responsibilities in the early 2000s, I again explored my thirst for seeing how other people live with trips with my college friends to Peru, Central Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Italy. It was while in Italy that I became aware of Photo Workshop Adventures, a business combining travel and photography. Since that time I have participated in international workshops in such locations as Provence, Shetland Islands, Cuba, Sicily, Morocco, Croatia, Kenya, India, Amsterdam, Iceland, Portugal, Sri Lanka, Oaxaca, Guatemala, three areas in Italy, etc.. I've learned to value the varying cultures, have improved my photographic skills, and enjoyed making new friends.
