During my tenure as a public school educator I was fortunate to be able to nurture my love of travel while attending work-related conferences and workshops. In addition, I am blessed to have family and friends in fun locations across many states. Since my first trip post-family responsibilities in 2000, I have continued to travel to visit family, to vacation with friends, and to participate in conventions of various organizations. While some of my older photos are not yet digitized, I have selected a few of the images I've taken since my retirement in 2011. Others are just in albums or displayed on my walls for my own enjoyment. The images from Arizona in 2013 resulted from my first actual photography instruction and post-processing efforts while on a workshop through PhotoWorkshopAdventures.com. More recently, I've enjoyed exploring my own state--Eureka Springs, Blanchard Springs Caverns, and Crystal Bridges. In 2017 I also opted to do two workshops with PWA--Long Island, NY and Charleston, SC.
